HR Assist is a Web-based online Job Application and Tracking system, based on Civica’s proven content management technologies. HRAssist is designed to facilitate the HR process from a job posting, through the screening process, and until the applicant is hired or rejected.

All jobs within an agency can quickly and easily be posted to the Website, Intranet and local kiosks.  Using an easy-to-use Web-based interface, HR staff will be able to post a job to their Website, while configuring the procedures that applicants must follow to apply for the position. The HRAssist administration system creates temporary accounts for managers to view and update the information for each of their job openings and the candidates that have been assigned.

Being online, this allows internal staff, the public and other agency staff to view, respond and apply for a specific positions quickly and easily. In addition to online applications, the visitor to the site can be prescreened using a series of customizable questionnaires.

Once the position had closed for submission, the back-end management interface allows internal staff to start the entire application process, again online via a standard web browser interface
