Admin Module - The central core of the Civica CMS system. The Administration module allows for creation of new users accounts, configuring rights within the various modules and system configuration. Additional features include module configuration, color selection, font usage, and detailed rights control for individual users. Once a new user is added to the system, their individual rights can be customized based on their roles and responsibilities, workflow and approval processes can be assigned.

Briefings Module - Designed specifically for Police departments to host online briefing sessions with their officers and command staff. Using data created in other Civica Modules ... News, Bulletins, Wanteds, Missing Persons, etc ... web based briefing sessions can be setup for different audience and display methods. Staff can get their update from their desks, from their patrol car or even via their smartphone or PDA.

Bulletins Module - Crime Bulletin, Public Notices, Event Flyers, Announcements, Newsletters, BOLOs and many other info layout types can all be created from within this module. Using a series of customizable page layouts, staff can create detailed and professional page layouts. This information then be posted online or sent via email, giving citizen immediate access to the information.

Business Guide Module - The Business Guide System allows staff to manage fully alphabetized / categorized listings of local business and services with their City and neighborhoods. Detailed information ranging from name, address and telephone through descriptions, hours of business, online presence, and hours of operation can all be managed from the system.

Calendar Module - Calendar offers complete location and event scheduling with multilevel information displays. Audience System allows a single administration for calendars on your Website and Intranet. Web site visitors can opt to filter their view modes. Embedded mapping interface to generate online map link and directions.

Classifieds Module - Setup your very own online Classified system from within your intranet. Quickly and easily allow staff to buy, sell, exchange and give away any number of items via the Civica Classifieds module. From their desktop, staff can upload images, descriptions and specific details of the items for other staff members to see. Give away those extra Hockey season tickets or help find a kitten a new home all from your browser.

Contacts Module - Contacts Module is an Online Contact lists management system. It offers detailed information for each entry including full contact information, Address, website, email address and referral info. HTML based Descriptions and Miscellaneous fields for feature-rich content provides multiple methods of grouping and display layouts. It offers a user definable dual category system.

Crime Statistics Module - Using standard information generated from the Police CAD/RMS system, crime statistics can automatically be posted online for the public to review. Information can be categorized by crime types, severity, date, time and geographical location allowing for detailed crime mapping. Staff can customize the information displays based on local needs and regulations. In addition, the system will automatically filter victim information and crime types involving children and minors.

CRM Module - Citizen Relationship Management or CRM as it is know, is a centralized system allowing the public to interact with the City via the website. Members of the community or staff have the ability to submit an online service request with ease... Request a tree trim, Report a pothole in the road, etc all from the website. Staff use the architecture to review, update and manage all incoming service requests. This allows staff to track and record all interactions with the public and will automatically update the requestor on the status as it works it way through the system. Events Module - Events Module allows for an upcoming events display complete with user definable setting for the number of days/events. Provides user definable configuration for Locations and Categories as well as multiple display outputs for different event types. Choose from multiple Calendar displays with auto hiding of old events and interact with simple checkbox options for Postponed, Sold Out, Special, and Show All Dates for efficient sorting and filtering. Allows for simple integration to third party booking systems and has the ability to add quotes and references for external sources.

EZines Module - e-Notify /e-Zines is capable of handling an unlimited number of mailing lists, providing the City with wide-ranging public communication opportunities to subscribers. Members can manage their subscription directly via a simple online management area on the Website. The system features full personalization, allows for customization of system-based messages with the visitor and, while the system uses its own email processor, it can be fully integrated with Microsoft Exchange for email delivery processing. In addition to public communications, private lists can be configured by staff to allow specific communication and update notices to be sent to specialized lists, such as the media, local agencies, and other interested groups.

FAQ Module - FAQ comes complete with a fully populated database containing the majority of commonly used FAQs that would be required by an organization of the size and scale of a typical City. It will enable unskilled City staff to update the database of questions and answers that will direct visitors to the correct response automatically. This feature will allow the site to grow as search patterns are studied and City staff insert new questions. The goal is to eliminate the majority of telephone calls to the City. Can be fully integrated with CivicaAssist, Civica's CRM module, as well as "automated voice response systems" such as Tele-Works.

Filebank Module - FileBank acts as the Website's document and graphic management system. Documents and images can be stored in all existing formats and can be easily uploaded to the site by staff. It is widely available throughout the Website and can be used to post Agendas and Minutes directly to the site. It also includes an automatic archive function and an enhanced Tree Display system.

Film Permit Module - Lights, Camera, Action! Encourage Hollywood and others to come to your town. Making it quick and easy, production companies can request and obtain filming permits directly from the City website. Using the Civica workflow system, all requests for Permits can be reviewed, authorized, and processed by the correct departments, ensuring that all requirements and regulations are followed without anything slipping through the cracks.

Html Email Module - Design and create customized and media rich emails from your desktop. Using the e-Zine system, the newly created emails are sent to the public and private lists as soon as they are created.

Image Gallery Module - Post a sequence of images directly to the website and let the system do the work. From simple slideshows to complex flash-based filmstrip displays, this module will process, resize, sort, and organized your images, categorizing them into different slideshows. Once created, the new slideshows can easily be added to any page within the site. When images are modified, or new images are added, the pages will allow be automatically be updated.

Infoguide Module - This system features a simple to maintain, alphabetical, online "Yellow Pages" style area with HTML based information for detailed results. Includes a built in search system for module specific data retrieval. Each entry can be included with associated links, images, and PDF files.
